Three days that cover the essentials of northern Tanzania. You start close to town in Arusha National Park, move on to the elephant country of Tarangire, and finish with a full morning inside the Ngorongoro Crater.
Itinerary & highlights
Day 1
Arrival and Arusha National Park
Meet on arrival and drive to Arusha National Park for a game drive. Dinner and overnight at a lodge near Arusha on a full board basis.
Day 2
Tarangire to Karatu
Breakfast, then drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive until noon. Proceed to a lodge in Karatu for overnight, full board.
Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater and departure
Early breakfast and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive and crater tour. Ascend around midday and drive to the airport for your departure flight.
