A safari for people who want the bush rather than the lodge. You move with a light mobile camp, sleep where the wildlife is, and walk with an armed ranger in the Serengeti.
Itinerary & highlights
Day 1
Arrival and Tarangire
Arrive and drive to Tarangire for an afternoon game drive. Overnight at a mobile tented camp.
Day 2
Full day Tarangire
A full day of game driving in Tarangire among the baobabs and elephant herds, with the evening at the fly-camp under the stars.
Day 3
To the Serengeti
Drive to the Serengeti, set up a new fly-camp and head out on a sundowner game drive.
Day 4
Serengeti and bush walk
Full day game drive in the Serengeti plus a guided bush walk with an armed ranger. Overnight at the fly-camp.
Day 5
Ngorongoro and departure
Morning game drive, then drive to the Ngorongoro area and on to the airport for your departure flight.
